AT LAST!!  IT'S HERE!!

Behold, the Great Daemon Engine of Khorne, Mark II:

With optional hands:

With a "battle buddy":

As you can see, he's a little taller that the original Daemon Engine of Khorne.  I hope that after casting up the first piece that I can figure out how to lower him down a bit.

Now I am off to DragonCon in Atlanta GA here in the USA.  Yay!

The raised rune marks look great Ed. Have you cast these up?

Thanks guys!  I'm making a mold now.  I've got everything broken apart.  In the process of removing the arms, I damaged the carapace and took the time to repair the damage.

My main concern is that the runes on the carapace will require a pressure chamber to get right.  But I will make the mold and see what happens when I cast.

I decided that for this one, I would make some masters from which I would make additional molds.  If I have only 1 mold, it will take a long time to cast up all the orders that were placed for this guy.

I've sketched out a Lizarman Engine of the High Ones (gods maybe?).  Anyone have a good name that I can use that won't offend any persons?

I've also sketched out a decent Tomb Kings War Sphinx. War Ushabti, maybe?

Tell you what... if you send me a few I'll paint one up, take some photos for your "store" and send the display figure back to you. How's that sound?

LOL...  +1 for "Engine of the Frogs"   ;D

A war mammoth for Chaos Marauders would be sweet!

However, I would buy an Engine of the Frogs if you produce one, as well as the Sphinx and Ushabti.
keep up your excellent work.

I don't think the runes would be a problem if you take your time and make sure you get a good covering e.g. a 'layered' approach as you pour the molding material and you try to remove as many bubbles as your pour the first layer by brushing/poking the material into all the nooks and crannies.  Then pour your remaining material into the mold.
