Thanks, although not happy with the red, it's more washed out pink. I will try harder with the next unit of slayers. But normal warriors are next on the table

Your units are painted well and the main thing i like is that they are realy clear.

Mine are frequently too dark and i don't see clearly what to change. So i appreciate yours doubly.

Thanks, i think to use brighter colours than i would on larger models, and make them stand out against each other, rather than realistic colours as at this scale as they merge into one at this scale. I also spend more time than i should adding detail that is never seen. Here is my thunderer against my 25mm thunderer. It would have taken half the time if i just done plain brown tunics but I enjoyed the challenge.

I love them ! You could even use brighter yellow.

Those colours are clearly for imperial dwarves, not dwarves army. Do you plan to create a dwarvish unit amongst an imperial one ?

True - they are imperial dwarfs.. to be honest I had not given it much thought, I just wanted something that was bright and stood out. Then I thought I'd copy the colour scheme of my full size fellas which I painted in the 90's (then regretted it as its not easy doing stripes).
What would be considered dwarvish colours then, blue, green, brown and metal?

Yeah, you did it and regreted it, then... That's why you decided to do the same IN 10 MM RANGE few years later ! Not the kind of man learning from it's mistake, eh ? 

Don't worry, we love our small figs, that's why we are considered as crazy people. I'm considered like that amongst my fellow club mates playing 28mm... And they are considered crasy by normal people. A sort of elite amongst the mad men !

Nevertheless, they are really great. Go on, i want to see the full unit. Don't trash the base with too many flocage or what !

They deserve to be put in perspective nicely.

Green and cream... White and blue... Red and blue (but i don't like this melange). Those are the traditional dwarvish colours from GW painting job.

I tried to post close ups of the unit, but it kept failing, i eventually posted a single picture of 4 units, on page 1 of this thread.
Yes all good dwarf colours, I'm currently doing warriors, blue with red belts and gloves. Blue and white are reserved for my hammers, and green for the rangers. I should have it covered. More photos to follow, as i go. Cheers.
