I can be quick to complain about poor customer service so I should applaud great customer service.
I've had a couple of wee hiccups ordering Copplestone stuff from NS, nothing major but on two orders in a row, so I sent in a request for more attention to quality control. They immediately sent me replacements for the incorrect bits I'd mentioned receiving. This was more than I was expecting so a bit of a shout out for North Star. And thank you.
