Good morning, maybe it's a question already answered but....where I can find balanced rules for Basha light cruiser?

You can find rules for the Basha in BFG:R or BFG:XR. I can't tell you if there were 'official' rules for them or not. The experts here can fill you in on that :)

The Basha was first introduced in the 2010 Compendium, and then transferred unchanged to the original release of the BFG:R Ork fleet list. It was subsequently changed in the unpublished update to BFG:R Orks. This new version is the basis for the version found in the BFG:XR Ork fleet list (which is currently undergoing revisions).
