The Tau Forgeworld fleet list (T'au Kor'or'vesh) says :
Cruisers
Your fleet may include any number of Merchant, Emissary or Protector class starships. It may also include up to one Hero class starship for every other type of capital ship in the fleet.
Does that mean that you would need to take one custodian, one protector, and one emissary in order to take three heroes'? Or could you take three heros for three protectors?
