I've been looking at this as my next conversion project, and am considering what it's actually supposed to be.
The Nicor's rather odd weapons make me suspect that, fluff wise, they were part of the extensive modifications and refits.
I'm wondering if this was an evolution of ships like Retaliator and Exorcist as Repulsive was of Murder and Hades. Six torps and two lbs (4 if you assume that the VBB rules on LBs hold true) in the prow means she's going to have a prow a lot like Terminus Est or a Despoiler.
I rather picture it as having that massive prow, backed by a two tiered broadside, with lbs below and guns above like Exorcist, but more slender and flatter with larger engines.
