Adepticon Taladrian Conclave questions

So I'm interested in doing this, if some details can be hammered out:

- Is it actually 9am (morning) to 12pm (noon)? The event description says it's going to happen at night, which suggests 9pm to 12am.

- Do I bring my own ships?
