I've been a bit quiet lately, this is mainly due to me doing various designs for Vanguard Miniatures at the moment.

But yeah, for Bits Blitz I've been working on some modular buildings. I hope to be able to release the first one by the end of the month...

Rudolf from Grimdark Terrain donated me a Blender preset to play with to make nicer renders of my models. I'm slowly trying to learn Blender here...

Also been working on a modular apartment block, and yes...the balconies are modular:

Been working on some extra bits to add on the bottom of my building design. Note that these bits could be added anywhere else a well. These are just the first three designs, I've currently got about 15 such parts done (vent systems, cogitators, libraries, etc) and will most likely do a whole bunch more of them.

More little bits, I've got about 25 of them at this moment. Also, notice that the building got wider? Working on an upgrade kit...

My first building just got released!

Alpha Hab Tower

Quote
The Alpha Hab Tower is designed for 6mm/8mm gaming, but it could probably be upscaled for 10mm and 15mm scaled gaming as well. This makes the Alpha Hab Tower suitable for games such as Adeptus Titanicus, Dropzone Commander, or Battletech.

The kit consists of the following parts:
- 3 types of entrances (all windows, single row of balconies, double row of balconies)
- 3 types of back walls (all windows, single row of balconies, double row of balconies)
- 3 types of side walls (all windows, single row of balconies, double row of balconies)
- 2 types of roofs
- 7 types of balconies

Please do no share or sell these files (including prints and remixes) without my written permission.

The very talented Wolfkeeper printed and primed my building design *bounces around like a little girl*, I'm really stoked to see my designs come to life like this!

Mine are printing off now. I've done two and there's two more on the way.

Are you going to be doing different heights? Biggers Rooves to make larger buildings etc?

There are different building shapes in the planning, so basically different roofs which will allow you to put the walls together in different shapes. As for taller buildings, I was thinking of a roof upgrade that will allow to to make a taller Alpha Hab Tower.
