That would be interesting, the only forces I've faced have been tau, chaos, gothic eldar and imperial (when using chaos). I'm going to be in london doing research from the morning, so should I am to get there for 6-7?

Will be in london again this Wednesday, anyone fancy a game? :P
Out of interest, if me and a mate wanted to use the tables, is there a time limit or time they cannot be used on certain days?

Anyone have necrons or tyranids? Never played them and they look interesting.

Hi There!

I've been starting up small games of BFG at my local club (top floor of pub in Clapham - a mixed friendly WBF 40k club).

I'm still new to BFG and have small Chaos and Imp fleets (incl shapeways ordinance, star fabric table and other stuff) - You fancy it? We usually meet on Monday or Tuesday of the week after work.

I wouldn't mind a game -  have been dipping my toe back into BFG and managed to get about 1000pts each of chaos and imperials just about done.

When's your next club game?

Hi Samulus,

I include a link to the next session here http://www.meetup.com/The-London-Warhammer-Gaming-Guild/events/188328532/

The club is still reasonably new (maybe a year old?) with a very varies mix of war gaming experience, though a very friendly atmosphere. Next week I have promised a member an intro game - though if you are free to hang on or come later, we may be able to fit in afterwards. The week after (probably July 7th) is free currently.

I actually only have about 500pts ish of both imp and chaos (though exploring Dark Eldar now as well...converted skyboard fleet thing). I might be able to build up the imp a bit by then a bit (I have 5 unmade cobras out of 3 made + 2 cruisers) - If you'd fancy a bigger game, perhaps I could time charter some of your vessels?

Which rules do you like to play?

Actually, thinking about it, could we work towards July 7th or after as rushed games never feel as fun to me. Let me know if this set-up appeals.

So turns out the Dark Sphere store was about 20mins walk from where I used to live in London. Bugger, living in Cambridge again means that's a fair old trek!

Well noted - I wonder how many BFG players there actually are floating in and around the capital?

I'm a floating around. Where is your Clapham pub Wallofmeat? I suspect that come winter time playing my brother will get a bit dull....

Hi edgar1st@aol.com - I sent you an email.

I'm soon to start a major push to co-ordinate what remaining interest there might be floating around the capital (pun level: yes). It'd be lovely to take pictures and do some batreps at club games.
