-up to 2 rerolls at 25pts each.

Mesme, same as original, 110pts.

Crap... entirely forgot commanders come with a reroll... 110 is exactly where he should be.

I AM OFFICIALLY CHANGING MESME TO 110 so feel free to modify your vote.
