Out of interest, are you imagining these going 4 per base (for 3 units if they're used for WM)?
3 or 4 per base would look fine if using WM-sized bases I expect.

I'm in North America, so I too will wait until all units are available to save on shipping charges.
It'll take a long time for me to be able to afford to make all 8 kits if everyone waits until all 8 have been released before making their purchases.
It would go easier if I release the sets in small batches, and can put the money from sales of those sets towards production of the next sets in line.
IE: If I get some sales of Cannoneers & Warriors (when they arrive with me) now, then we'll get the Ogre Cavalry and Armoured Ogres in production in 2 months instead of 4 months.
Likewise, the Characters & Lesser Goblins would happen in 4 months instead of 8 months, etc.
