Just.do.not.throw.your.Slaughters.out.there.on.their.own.
Keep them in the fleet and use their speed when it is needed. Not just because they can.

Oh yeah yeah, for sure, what I'm thinking goes for any 2 chaos cruisers. I'm envisioning fighting IN, where sending any 2 cruisers up the middle will end poorly. I guess I should just reinforce a flank with them...
