That will happen until you get to 2000 points. E.g., I clicked the clanrats up to 19 on that list, and the warnings went away (because the points value was then at 2035). Dave and I talked about this briefly offline. Adding on a feature that would set the army size (like 1000, 2000, 3000, etc.) would apparently involve a whole additional level of complication to things.

That's not a legal list SG, you only qualify for the 2k maximums if you have at least 2k. Because you don't it's assuming the 1k maximums. All you have to do is add another 15 points of magic items like this:

However, you're still able to print your 1985 point list (and with no warnings) should you want to short change yourself the 15 points.

Only the Empire has Special Rules and Spells at the moment. I was looking for feedback there before I did the others.

I found it very interesting! I do not know if there is a lot of effort for you.

OK, back from vacation and had a chance to work on this a little bit.

I've added pw's requests. You can now print out a "Stats+List" and "Special Rules Used". The first is the stat's block plus a number of units and costs columns. The second is exactly what it sounds like, the special rules for only the units in your list.

Again, the special rules stuff is Empire only at the moment, Ill work on the JSON for the rest of them as I have time.

What other requests are outstanding? Magic items for the print out and WMA army lists?

I've just had a look at the Empire list and it's fabulous. I had a game last night (Empire v Dark Elves) and we used the list builder to generate the lists and it was a great help, with the new functionality it'll be better still.

My next request would be to be able to enter the points value of the game at the start of the process so that the error messages related to that value rather than the value of the list selected. This is way beyond unimportant but it's a tweak I'd enjoy!

Thanks again for your work on this, it's one of the best online WM things I've seen and certainly the one I'll use the most. If there are hosting costs I'd gift some paypal to this project.

I can think about how to do that but answer this for me:

Why do you want to take the time to enter the list total and then add units when the list total can be generated for you while you add units?

Hosting is free for this, thanks to google's app spot. Although I won't say no to free figs people have laying around for the effort.

I don't know really, habit I guess from other similar apps. On reflection, scratch this request.

And you do deserve a treat for all of this work, what sort of things are you after?

Spells and special rules added for Undead and Chaos.

A question for you guys: Would the print tab be easier if it was just clicking to add things to the print preview, rather than drag and drop? Order would be determined by the order you click things.
