Congratulations Jchaos, as the father of 2, who are aged 3 and under a couple of tips(if youre a first time dad)

1. apparently they keep growing
2. you have to keep them until they are at least 18

Yes is my first time, a very great  experience! (and sometimes difficult... for instance now I can only type with one hand, and take my ages to write a message :) )

anyway thank you and going to the original message I would like to write you back about your fan list when I have time

Howdy,

wondering if anyone can possibly furnish me with some pics of pendraken dwarfs standing next to GW dwarfs (if you felt like including some irregular, eureka and kallistra (and any other available manufacturer) dwarfs too I wouldn't complain!)

I'm trying to fill out my dwarf force at the moment, and I need at least 4 units of warriors (probably 6 to be on the safe side) and I'm wondering how well other manufacturer's models will sit with GW, whether I can mix them all in, or some are a better match than others.... plus I'm aware Kallistras will probably be too big, but the painting and photos of them on their own site are pretty horrendous!

Hi Kyussinchains,

Pendraken have two ranges of dwarves, both of them are quite old (about 10 years old), but made in different moments and maybe different sculptors.

I have only one reference of dwarves, I will make some comparison shots with irregular and GW in the following days.

But if someone else could make more entries in the catalogue they will be very welcome!

yeah I just found out about that today, I did wonder, I'm probably more interested in the hill dwarfs rather than the old 'walking beard' dwarfs..... I have seen some eureka and copplestone dwarfs next to a GW one and they look like a near-perfect match.... if the Pendraken ones are a good match I can fill out my dwarf force with relative ease (and minimum expense!)

many thanks for the offer of pics, I'll look forward to them eagerly :)

Errm, I don't think Copplsetone do 10mm Dwarves, just 15mm. Which is a pity, as they look very good indeed.

There are a couple in the hero pack.....not a cost effective way to build an army I'll grant you.....

Nice models, shame he didnt do more, maybe the reported eye strain he suffered had something to do with it!

Ah, yes, my bad! Still, as you say, an expensive way to build an army!

Hi Kyussinchains, I have just added a size comparison of hill dwarves (FHD15) and also a new entry of the other range of dwaves (FD1).

My humble opinion, I have no trouble mixing GW, PEN and IRR dwarves. The style of sculpt is different, yes, but on the tabletop is good for my taste.
