Since I don't really have a BFG gaming group it'd mainly just be tournaments that I use them in, so WYSIWYG would force me to use Gladius frigates as they are, unfortunately.

If you take the two swords you could run two groups of 3 glads and 1 sword. I don't normally recommend mixing but they're so similar it shouldn't be a problem.

Proxying? I am not a fan of it. Just doesn't feel right with me.

But two Hunters can be effective if used well. But it is not optimal.
