So..... I gotta mail from Ray.... and I don't know when he will post it..... but Jervis talked crap to him....

GW will not upload any file to their site as it overrides published rules (armada & rulebook).

Which is crap. Ships of Mars, Doom of the Eldar, Yriels Raiders, Powers of Chaos is pdf only.
FAQ.

Armada is no longer for sale.

You could probably ask E&C for the addy. I think he's had some dealings with Jervis in the recent past. Are we looking at the entire compendium or are we just looking at the points changes and stuff in the FAQ portion? IIRC nothing else in the compendium counters the published rules. All of the fleet updates are additional content that don't replace anything.
