@osjclatchford, yeah, they are also pretty rare to find on Ebay. Especially the dragonship & void dragon (flame). But in France they did a rec..ast run a few years ago and had some models left. So I could get three of these delightful models in pewter (!).
@Dave, the bases. People ask frequently how I do them. And in essence it is just aquarel water paint mixing straight on the base.
The base just black, some white stars (sometimes a bit of blue, green, yellow or red in them).
And the "clouds/phenomena" is just very watered down paint roughly applied. In various tones.
These had a mix of a blue and green. White added to get tones.
That's it. Just mixing and flowing on the base.
