Counters for crits?

Does anyone know of a pdf of printable critical hit counters (my memory is woeful when it comes to remembering which ship has suffered what damage)? Preferably small enough to put on the ship's base.
I wouldn't be upset if the file included blast markers and/or ordnance counters, either...

I usually write the name of the ship, total hits, and leadership for every ship in the fleet before a match. If a crit is scored I write down what it was next to the ship so I can track it.

i use a multicolumn table for my fleet to include name, class, leadership, hull point hits, and each critical
when i take a critical hit i place a small circle in the appropriate space. when it is repaired i fill in the circle.

In a German forum they made stat-cards, IMO not a bad Idea:
Just print & laminate them and use a water soluble pen...
