Finish Tzar shooters, Crimson Guard, and with this unit the Kislev Fantasy Warrior project, and with this project the Kislev Army Complete!

I have here nearly all the kislev army, except for a wagon and some winged kinghts. So I will try to make a family picture soon.

That is a very impressive looking army :) I like how the blocky and blacklined(?) style of painting pulls it all together. When I do a brettonian army this is the style of painting I want to try out!

Nice.  In particular I like the contrast between the minis and the snow basing.
"I cannot believe you when you say [your friend] has identical plastic boxes for his armies, all color coded [...] Don't you think that is being little obsessive?"
"Yes, but not enough to scare us wargamers."

Yep, really nice army. And i like the war wagon painted with colours. It's unusual.

Since I know you like talking about the catalogue, I wonder what is the difference about the horse archers and the steppe horse archers?

Cheers ole

They are complete different figures for the same stat. Steppe horse is the pose B for horse archers.

Regular horse archers. They wear the regular uniforme "sant's cloth" as kislev use to wear
http://www.forum.specialist-arms.com/index.php?topic=6708.0

Steppe horse, They are bare chest savage steppe people
http://www.forum.specialist-arms.com/index.php?topic=5614.0

Regular horse archers are the originals. Later appear steppe horse. Then Kislev range was discontinued but as far as I know, Rick ask the permisson to still selling Steppe horse (included in the Empire rank) because they make great Huns for the Warmaster Ancients. In fact the picture of Huns in WMA are those Steppe people design for Kislev range.

As curiosity I clip all the "sabre charging pose" who came with the stand bearer command strip and make a cossack unit.

Haven't looked on here for a bit and those Kislevites are looking amazing! That's quite an army, and it's looking like a really coherent force tied together with a strong paintscheme.

Very nice.
