Like sea-horses cannot enter turmoils or seaweed zones?  ;D

@stormwind, I do not have dreadfleet figures, but I could use my army in a scenario involving one or two ships and  some land, So fishmens and their kind could attack the ships in the water or in the shore. Maybe I could prepare the scenario...

Project: Wierd world war II Axis

Unit: Sandbag barricades

A humble and simple barricade made of sandbags. Very common in lots of wars. Gives protection for the soldiers and block streets.

Project: Vampire counts and the aristocracy of the night

Character: Heinrich Kemmler

Heinrich Kemmler was once a great and much feared Necromancer, until ambitious rivals began to usurp his power. They nearly drove the Lichemaster to his death, and although he managed to defeat his attackers, his body was broken, and his mind blasted by the battle. He wandered the Border Princes for years, little more than a half sane beggar, until a quirk of fate brought him to the tomb of the Warrior Lord Krell. Striking a pact with the Gods of Chaos (or so he thought), Heinrich Kemmler's power returned. Allied with Krell, this despicable Necromancer has plagued the world of the living for years, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

See Kemmler summoning the dark power of the night, and quake in fear, you mortal!!

Nop, they are some 28mm bases like http://www.ciphergames.com/smm_fan_base_round.shtml

I bought some of them in blisters and they are not cheap, but give interesting effects for characters or small ruins. Other examples of this bases are

Bronze plates of ruined high elf city

Ancient mystical ruins

Plain rocks

Ah yes, the Scibor bases! I got a few for a 40k space wolf army that I never finished.

Unfortunately, like a lot of resin terrain, sculptors seem hell bunt on putting little leaves or "bushes" bits on such bases which rather damage using them for different models scales some of the time.

Project: Kislev infantry warriors

Unit: 2nd warwagon

It was a heavy wagon given protective sides with firing slits and heavy firepower from either a cannon or a force of hand-gunners and crossbowmen, supported by infantry. Groups of them could form defensive works, but they also were used as hardpoints for Kislevites formations or as firepower in pincer movements. This early use of gunpowder and innovative tactics helped a largely peasant infantry stave off attacks by Chaos larger forces of mounted knights.

Project: Kislev infantry warriors

Unit: 4th kislev infantry

Kislev infantry are well renown for their fierce axemen. These hardy warriors are armed with deadly two-handed axes and protected by light armour, accustomed to fighting in their rugged native terrain, and will do a good job at smashing into archers and poor quality troops.
