Just thinking in making a thematic army of chaos from the Blasted Wastes. Inspired by mesopotamian/bronze age mood.

Here it comes some figures:

Chaos hounds

Sabre-girls as chaos hounds from the wastes

And a command that I can use for this chaos alt army or for the hittite army

JChaos, I'm following you on Photobucket.  I saw a picture on photobucket of 3 griffon riders set side-by-side as if they were a unit.  Can you post the picture here and tell me more about it?  Somehow I got to think about Griffon Riders standing in for Pegasus Knights (for the Brets), but I am wondering if you have some other idea in mind.

Yep, there is an idea of making a unit for the empire with the three griffons. I do not like too much invent new unit as I think the list are great as they are, so I will use it as a veterany of knights.

If the griffons are dispose on the squares of the stands it is possible to fit them. It is needed:

- 1 griffon as it is
- 1 griffon with the wings bend (I use a round pllier tools)
- 1 griffon with putty/pinned hole attached wings in a up position. My intention is to round the top of the wings to give them more movement to the figure. This griffon also could be in the center position.

The pics are here

Here it goes one of my generals, Grunburg the greedy, Warlord of the Yellow Eye Tribe. During his battles, he had earn the title of Empirez Builder, so Grunburg can demand fealty from the enemy army. 1 to 4 enemies units could be affected, and they had a -1 command penalty until such time as one of the grunburg's units has been destroyed.

One of the veteran units of his army is the Grunburg's looters, a warband known for his brutal manner of loot and goldthirst impulse in battle. They have the following: the last stand of the unit is given a bonus of +3 hits. This bonus is only activated once the unit is reduce to a single base

Empire colonist of border princess or wild lands. A bunch of farmers and Reikland peasents with improvised weapons are ready to defend the new colonnies of the Empire.

Thanks Stormwind. No, there are not conversion in them. They are as they came in the blister.  The figures are awesome sculpted.  They are an alternative figure for stone trolls. But I have seen blisters mixing stone and river trolls... interesing, it is a pitty ohter references with alternative figures do not do the same.

In the far Uthulan, Queen Ithassel has birth to triplets, an extraordinary event in elves races. When they became mature they fight in the same regiment, known as The three storm hawks regimment. The princess fighting side by side is represented as a veteran regiment or with a magic item.

The paint was an experiment. Just take some odds of High elf army to build the unit and paint it with no undercoat, no washes, no paintbursh. Only flat colours and some coarse highlights. Paint as fast as possible. Surprisingly found it acceptable for me as a battle top standard.

Then a hero on chariot, paint also very fast but with black undercoat and highlight only in few colours
