More Viets,

and a concrete bunker

With this figures I end my viet nam mini-project. Now I have a core of figures and I will expand it with little advances in the future. Now it is time to move on and get back to my araby project.

Hope this break of warmaster fantasy/historical updatings had enjoy you also.

What game system are the Viets for?
They look interesting
What other factions besides nva, rsvn, and USA?

I will base them and use Crossfire. A very fast and simple game (you do not need even a scale to play).

Pendraken has australian faction, do not have the range and I think will be like USA faction. Also have a wide range of figures for Indochina (french and viet factions). I do not have also the figures. Could be great to make some house rules, but by now I am not focus to this.

WWII in 10mm also tempted me, Azrael has a beutiful british army for blitzkrieg commander shown elsewhere in this forum. I have some WWII odds half painted.

Another old project never build it enough is sci fi 10mm. I do not have an apropiate set of rules, but maybe crossfire is what I was searching to start the project.

Fracas, do you wargame in post war period or sci fi? if so, which set of rules do you recomend?

i play BFG, LotR, Wm, FB, 40k, DW, US
i have looked into FoW but that seems expensive and restrictive (historical accuracy and all)
intrigued by Gruntz
working on my own rules

i only ask because i am Viet :)

I haven't got a chance to play Crossfire, but like the thinking behind it.  Let me know how it goes.

I am not playing too much lately, since I am in Galicia and have no regular players. We did some playtesting this summer and crossfire works great. A lot of scenery is needed to work properly. We playtest with plastic 1/72 WWII. But no Viet Nam by now.

My last unit is another almohade archer, here it is:

My last unit is for Bronze Age period: Some lybians. They could act as mercenaries in egytpian army. They are skirmishers and unreliable
