Yep, I think in the rulebook the oversizes bases for commander are included. it says (even if they are mounted on 10cents coin) that always is meseaure from the center of the base.

Today unit, Bone Giant

Actualy you nominate A point on the base and measure consistently from there !!

They are manily from Irregular, with a loose figures from old glory and also pendraken. My idea is to recreate a very famouse spanish medieval battle, Las Navas de Tolosa 1212, when the christian kingdoms allied each other to fight back the Almohades.

I have bought some magic carpets, the command and a little few figures from GW araby army, to reuse the bulk of the Alhmoade army as a proxy for the fantasy araby.

 :D :D ;D  They are a new troop Semi-elf-with dwarf beard  ;D

I already have a high elf army (thanks for give me the perfect excuse to show it ) but I am thinking in improve it and make some new recruitment from my elves metal-painted figures box. I do not have too much cavalry... but I am lover of infantry.

Today morning I made a Empire list for a game on sunday, and then I realize that I needed another painted Xbow unit to fit my list!! So after spent all the evening in a poker game I had paint very rush a unit of Nuln's Crossbowmen.

I choose Nuln for two reasons: 1) a lot of black parts is good when painting fast and 2) I like the idea of a brigade coming for Nuln compose of 2 cannon and 2 Xbow as "bodyguards", 280 points the combo. The pity is not though these before paint my cannons... so I will paint an estra two of them... but not yet.

(I know the base is horrible... but will fix it after sunday :) )
