very nice work there.
The chaos dragons are exquisite.

I also like the dynamic poses of the marauder heroes.

Hi,

The base is an expendable cd, cover with modelling plaster (not green stuff, the white one cheaper) to make the slope in the back. The wooden parapete is made with bits of an old set of esci called "battle field accesories". The reference is here

http://www.plasticsoldierreview.com/Review.aspx?id=536

The bits were part of the watching tower, fixed to make the redoubt. It is very simple.

Painting, and some grass fixed on the top, varnished. Easy, quick and i think effective.

Hi I would like to share with you a spanish Tercio formation.

I sometimes use pikemen unit with empire, because I think it goes with the mood of empire. But could be fit also with Dogs of War. Anyway it is not important the army or the rules but the formation.

enjoy

Some empire figures of my army:

- some particulary dangerous flagelants (WM)

- regiment of pikes used as halberdiers (pendraken landskenets pikes)

- Swordsmasters (pendraken landskenetes) I use the stats of swordsmaster found in a specialist magazine (I think)

- What is more glorious than see a charge of this winged hussars on the battlefiled?

enjoy

Yeah,   I tended to think the trolls were a little goofy -- but it took painting them to really enjoy their sculpting.

Somebody had a good time detailing these guys -- the earrings, etc. are just nice touches that surprised me as I dug into the painting.

Great work.
I loved painting the trolls ages ago.
I did mine to match all 4 chaos powers.
The red unit look very unique  :o
