Blister codes
« on: February 25, 2018, 04:16:22 PM »
I know there must be an article somewhere describing the codes that describe the contents of a warmaster blist pack but i can't seem to find one. What im looking for specifically is help adding to the variety of my orc and goblin army that i am currently painting. I am close to 1 thousand points painted and want to make sure i get all of the differrent variations of the models for my army.

Thank you for a link or any information.

You mean some of the pictures are missing in the page ?

It was not me who did this one, and i see there are some mislabelled things here and there... I will correct them within a day or two.

ok, a better way to ask the question.....with a picture!

I have attached a picture of 2 orc warriors, in the picture you can see the 2 different command strips with their 2 different flags.  The code on the blister is the same, "8306B", so how do I know which blister contains which command strip?

Sometimes looking for the alternates on ebay can be frustrating because I cant see it in the picture of the blister.

I do Marell.

CJ, there's no way to tell short of looking at the pictured contents. As far as I'm aware there's no pattern to which strips were packed where.

What are you after? I have extras I can bring to Adepticon to swap out with you.

Thank you Dave, but I'm short the amount of units I will eventually need so when I buy more I will just make sure to buy the others.

I must have mis-remembered what the list was, which explains why I couldn't find what I was looking for.  I thought the code on the front with the letter was a note to the contents.  So when I started looking to buy the alternates I needed I was confused that they had the same code as what I already had.

Well I have full Orc units. If you want to send me pictures of the strips you want I can see what I can do.

Eventually I will need 2 goblin units with the circle brand in the command strip instead of the crossbones.  After I make a 2k point army I might find out I will want more than the minimum but that might be in 2 years with the way I paint  :/

As for the content of blisters, GW always had, in all its ranges (Battle, 40K, WM, etc) a political of random figurines with the same Blister identifier.

So it's impossible to id what is what. You just buy a random content.

Is it better now ?
