As promised in another thread, here are some pics of recently arrived Black Gate Armoured Ogres. Included some Black Orcs for size comparison. I love the minis and they were fun to paint. Not too fiddly in terms of detail (yes, Chaos Marauders, I haven't forgotten the tribulations you inflicted upon me), but enough for them to be characterful. Look forward to seeing how others interpret them. At some point in the future I'm going to do an Indus army (Skaven stats) and I have the unarmoured ones put aside to be proxies for Rat Ogres and Warp Lightning Cannons. So hurrah to Barry for making these minis happen!
