1500 pt Tyranid Hive fleet, which list????!?!?!?!

Looking for advice on a few nid fleet lists. Mostly fun vs game effectiveness, priority on the fun factor.


List 1: Standard Take all comers list

2 rerolls, 1 imperitive

Hopefully theyre all pretty different. What list would generate a lot of fun for both players in an event setting, while remaining competitive. Just looking for opinions, good or bad. Thanks!

I like the first one best, as I've never really seen Tyranid Cruisers do really well.  Plus double torpedo cruisers can take 3 hits and then have no weapons.  Same with all launch bay Hive Ships, once crippled they're space potatoes.

I think the balanced first list is the one to go with. The second one would be fun, but very swingy, and if the other player doesn't know what to expect going in they could be in for a very rude shock.

Incidentally, that style list is the one i have most experience with. So many models for a 1500 pts fleet, its a lot of fun.
