@Geep - for the crossbowmen Pirazzo's it'll be a separate unit once I find suitable models.

As it is, I'm considering the halflings as another counts-as crossbow unit for the time being.

And without further a-do here's some more progress.

Pirazzo's Lost Legion Pikemen

These are Pendraken Elizabethan armoured pikemen. Apart from an issue where it appeared that the mold slipped in casting causing some horrific mold lines that I just couldn't clean up I did the best I could. The pikes, however, are really flimsy unlike those that I'm using for Ricco's. Gonna have to be extra careful when moving these guys around the table.

Al Muktar's Desert Dogs (ish)

Pendraken Ottoman-Turk Akini(sp?) there's good detail on these accept the faces. The faces are just blobs or something I did whilst priming them made them into blobs. *shrugs*

And a generic Hero

Colours are thus so that he can be a Hero in this army or in a future Talabheim Empire army.

Really inspiring work, this army is going to look fantastic on the battlefield with all the variety, and it will be an awesome conversation starter

(I'm already looking for suitable Albion giants for my own DoW project now I've seen these!)

Some updates!

First there's the Galloper Guns that have also appeared over in the Tale's thread.

And these guys have been sat primed for perhaps 6 months. Over the weekend I finally got the motivation to get them done - I forgot to take WIPs of these so I haven't added them to the Tale's thread.

@Rowlybot, painting-wise you are on fire!  Look forward to playing against them on 6 December.  Shame I will be bringing an army that only has one colour - luminous green.

Lovely Dogs of War! They've definately got the vibe of their 28mm cousins, they'll look great on the field I'm sure.

Looking forward to seeing more.

Thanks all.

I have one stand of the halflings 'done' (they still need to be based) but the models are awful little sculpts. And I'm finding it hard to find the motivation to finish the rest. Still, I'll endeavour to get them done by the end of November!
