Necron escorts and Hit & Run attacks

Hi all,

Have a quick question regarding the number of Hit and Run attacks that Necron Escorts get.

Is it:

1) Jackal-class Raiders get 1 (even though Escorts normally do not have any) plus 1 for it's Portal Strength 1, Dirge-class Raiders have just 1 (again even though Escorts do not normally have any)

OR

2) Jackal-class Raiders get 1 for it's Portal Strength 1. Dirge-class Raiders have 0 (ie no Portal Strength)

The answer is number 2. The portal is the only teleporter attack the escort gets.
