Here is a strategy article I wrote about Corsair Eldar. I think a lot of it applies to Craftworld Eldar also. Also, I believe I have links on there to other articles as well that may help.

Thanks for the links. I have read the MMS Eldar fleet list, and enjoy it, and will cook up an alternate version of my fleet to accomodate it.
However, can anyone explain exactly what "MMS"
is
?

It stands for 'move, move, shoot', being the main change in this version. In old ones, eldar turn sequence was move, shoot, move.
So, in MMS they keep their speed, most of their menouverability, but can't do this stupid hopping out of asteroids
