Blackstone Fortress and Chaos Warmaster

So, one question: If Chaos takes a blackstone must the warmaster assigned to it? Rules say, that it has no crew. Beside this, I found nothing which prevents this.

As rules sais it has no crew, it doesn't make many sense  but lets see what do people say.

Warmaster must be assigned to the most expensive ship, the Blackstone is not a ship, its a defense, so i would say its exempt.

Space hulks hace crew, and actually warbosses dont have any restriction, also in space hulk description it sais that you 'must' embark the warboss.M

Yes, that's right. But: The special hulk thing, the fact that it is a defence is the only one, which it shares with the BSF. Regarding only the BSF there are no rules for allocating commanders to it. Ok, from fluff-wise it is impossible and in games I would allow my opponent to assign the WM to the most expensive ship beside the BSF. But, RAW?

I thought the statement alone "no crew on a Blackstone" pretty much implied that a Warmaster would never be on it. Everyone I've ever played with has had the same opinion.
