No offence to the experimental army lists posted here - but I'm wondering if this community has done much playtesting with these or similar rules.  Don't have a Yahoo account, so just wanting to know if it's worth joining up.  I think a member of my group is about to buy a bunch of Rohan cavalry from Cobblestone games you see.

I do not know but there were a document in pdf of WM middle earth rules ( I think from the group). I remember I liked what I read in the document. If you could get it I think it is worth of try it.

Ah, you tested them, Lex?  Good - that's encouraging.

They seem pretty competent lists - but didn't want to invest money in them only to find some unit composition problems later on.

Apologies for resurrecting this old thread but does anyone have copies of the Yahoo group army lists?

All the Yahoo groups are now dead - Yahoo closed them down a while ago.

Archives were offered to moderators / group owners, but (having looked around) none of them were so active at that point so the archives were not kept.

Someone (maybe it's you under a different name) was asking about this over on the WMR Experimental boards.
I have been working very slowly on this for a while and would welcome further input,

Sadly not, those were for Warmaster prior to the release of BoFA, the Yahoo group did some work specifically to work with BoFA
