river tiles
« on: April 12, 2016, 09:42:38 PM »
Has anyone ever scanned the river tiles from the original box set?  I wanted to try and re-create these to try for my own terrain.

Thanks for the help.

Do you want the exact same ones as in the box?  Either way, why not just make your own in 10mm scale?

I have some made up but I have been playing with the idea of having a completely flat table with terrain.  Instead of the 3d stuff.  I like the idea of having the physical line that also does not change the elevation of the stands of troops or at least not change them too drastically to make things all messy.

I've just got into BOFA via generous wife an eBay = boxed set for Christmas.

The box came with an unused set of rivers still on the card (except for one piece) and to be honest I'll never use them as I'm a 3D terrain kind of guy.

Only problem is I'm in the UK and you're in the USA.  If you're keen to get them on the table then they're yours for the postage.

PM me with what you would want for shipping and we can go from there.  I can do paypal.  Thanks!

is the missing piece repeated or an individual?
is there a turn in the river to any degree?

lastly, could you send me a pic of the set please?

thank you very much.
