[WM] Myrmidons
« on: July 14, 2015, 12:53:09 PM »
... and this is number 2.  At the WM playtest weekend in Bergen-op-Zoom my Witch Hunters had a narrow victory over a Chaos army that was heavy on Warriors.  Since then I've pondered how to create a similar list with non-standard minis.  A few months back I was watching the movie Troy and the Myrmidons idea came to me.  Thetis is a marker for a Helm of Dominion which is as close as one can get to a goddess' intervention in a WM game, I think.  File titles indicate intended use and manufacturer.

Many thanks.  Their first game against Janners won't be far off!

What a great idea - I've been musing over ideas for using Greeks and this works really well.

Many thanks.  Given how many fantasy creatures stem from Greek mythology, I think there's great scope for variations on this theme.  Especially as the Chaos list has so many unit types.
