Campaign rules questions

A few questions about the campaign rules:

- During a campaign you basically get your fleet commander for free, right? He grows in renown, LD and rerolls, but no costs attached?
- Does this mean you cannot buy other admirals for games during which your flagship (to which the fleet commander is tied) is not used?
- If a ship is destroyed, do you automatically regain it with LD 6 or do you have to roll for it on the Reinforcement Appeals table? Or is said table meant only for expanding your fleet in absolute terms?

Your commander is free. You can purchase secondary commanders from your base points.

Your ships are automatically replaced @ld if destroyed 6 yes. Reinforcements are just to add new ships.
