Not really with discontinued items . they should refund you if they can't fulfill the order though.

well i rang customer services and they offered to have one made for me, because it was in stock when i ordered it, so strangly enough i took them up on this offer

so all i've got to do is wait upto 28 days

i highly recomend this course of action if anyone has had the same problem, because you do have to ring them up about it

wait, what? the BBB is for sale on the UK website?  ???

was it always there (never was in germany, know that for sure) or am i right and it popped up just some days ago...?
(maybe they found some copies lying around and thought "well, why not get rid of these too" or something like that....)

Once they did the revision it was always there.

My two Dauntless' showed up within two weeks of ordering; both came from the UK warehouse instead of US, which is odd. Probably explains why one of the bases is malformed and looks like a butt. I'll have a pic tonight.

gw site just let me order 2 torpedo dauntless' just seen 2 go for more than the gw price on ebay? do we know what is gone forever and what is still available? is there a list somewhere? think i am done buying now but others might benefit from such a list?

I managed to get a tau manta and a couple of protectors from FW. Apparently "out of stock" means "not many left" so it's always worth contacting them by phone...

[Edit] so the manta arrived and it was only one of the old ones with removable landing bay! Cream coloured resin and everything! Result!
