A question about Ork transports.

Do they use imperial ones? Or are they always the attacker like Nids?

Also, if they do use the imperial transports, do they go 3d6 for all ahead full? And do they subtract 2 leadership instead of one?

well, using imperial transports with their standard profile as captured transports is okay, thats how me and my friends do it.

but if you want to put some more effort into it, you could build your own orky transports, mabe with normal transport profile, but 6+prow/4+ armour or something, and the strength two transport guns could be orkified as d3 gunz battery, and there you go

Bone standard imperial transports is the way to go there. 3d6cm aaf and -1 to leadership as standard.

Roks would be a good stand in for transports too, counting as say 8 or 10 transports maybe?

Another question, if they are in the space marine fleet, do they roll on the normal chart or the space marine one for leadership?

I have always played them with the normal rules for transport leadership, even the fancy elder version, just to keep it level. For space marines its simple enough to see them having to commandeer a RT or MM group to move supplies or even just having a guard detachment for a major offensive. Those would of course retain their own crews and have standard transport leadership.
