Ship building tool

Anyone have or know where I can find the old ship building/creating exe tool that had the smotherman formula and some other point formula tool and let you design ships for every fleet?

I have that, but there used to be an .exe you could run that would let you plug and play and it would give you all the options and do the math for you, in either smotherman or another formula for shipbuilding. I may still have it on a hardrive not with me. If I find it again I'll share it.
