Heh, in some departments we already surpassed Star Trek. I mean in TNG they had tablets but the tablets we have nowadays are more advanced.
3D printers is the first step to a replicator.

the thing that has amazed me is that this Company is just the joungest. There are other 2 companies with the same goal! Altough the dates for their goals are obviously going to be postponed i'm truly amazed how far the Omnissi...ehm..the technology has gone.  really, apart from spaceships, the guys on star trek looks like poorly dressed fellas from the '90... (in regards of technology)

I think the best commercial opportunity for the future is being the first company to create fashionable unisex monosuits. It is obviously what the future holds based on every sci-fi movie ever.
