[WM] Witch Hunters
« on: January 09, 2013, 04:57:32 PM »
I promised a while back in a different section of the site to put up some pictures of the Witch Hunters.  It seems that was something of a protocol violation, so now moved here …

General

Heroes & Warrior Priests

Flagellants & Warhounds

Zealots

Bowmen

Artillery

Cavalry

Shrine (either used as a character or as a 'wagon column' for the stockade below)

Stockade (used in friendlies according to Kislev war wagon rules)

Objective markers

"I cannot believe you when you say [your friend] has identical plastic boxes for his armies, all color coded [...] Don't you think that is being little obsessive?"
"Yes, but not enough to scare us wargamers."

Nice work, sir. So much character :)

Any chance of a group shot of the whole army?

schwager,
Many thanks.  If I get some free time at the weekend, I'll try to take one.

Did you make those objective markers?

No, they come from the Empire War Altar.

Lovely and characterful - this is the first example of of a Witch Hunter army I've ever seen.

Well done

Dave,
Many thanks.  I'm surprised that more folk don't "embrace the lunacy" of the Witch Hunters.  If you've got an Empire Army, you're half-way there already!

Wonderful army. Really love the use of bretonian minis, they fit perfectly.

@Guthwine,
Thanks.  At first I was concerned that the Empire and Bretonnian minis would not look good together but I’m happy with the results.  I guess that an Empire peasant would be dressed much the same as a Bretonnian peasant!
