Hi all

Just got mine Blackstone Fortress

is it assembled only in one way or there is Imperial / activated form?

There's an 'activated' and 'unactivated' form.

Unactivated has the arms laid over each other, giving a + look from above. The guns are aligned inside the arms.

Activated has the arms at angles, forming an 8-pointed star from above. The guns are usually aligned with the lower arms, so they are easily visible.

Rules for at least one form are in the main BFG rulebook. I'll look into it, and see if I can point you in the direction of both rules.

Theyre both in the core rules or ships of the gothic sector pdf. I think the faq has rules for combining the activated blackstones for the super mega deathshot...

In gothic only Imperial version for 400 pts

I have a 'Powers of Chaos' draft 2.8 PDF I got from somewhere... I don't know where though. It's probably outdated by now though.

It lists the activated blackstone fortress as 750 points- but it is a beast.

The activated bs is on pg 127 of the bbb and the ships of the gothic sector pdf.

Now I'm wondring how I missed it.

No problem the activated one is in a really awkard spot but then its a pretty awkard... thing?? being not a ship or a station really.
