Said in a true Orky manor. I shall try it out myself.

Also on something like a Hammer Class is Mad Gunnerz ever worth it?

How do you mean? The Front (and Left/Right) batteries are all effected.. like the front D6+6 etc.

I know it wouldn't effect the Bombardment Cannon... But all looted torps do is lets you reroll the D6+2 Torps etc right? Just asking if Mad Gunnerz is ever worth it ^^

It is if you take the slamblasta battleship, since the gunz on all arcs are equally strong, but on ships that have torpedos standard, it is more useful to take the looted torps

Feel free to use my fleet list!

So Iv been building up my fleet and have been pondering a pure Kroozer fleet (with Spacehulk).
Pretty basic fleet..

Space Hulk - 600pts
/w Warlord 40pts
1 Extra Re-Roll +20pts
Extra Power Fields +50pts
(Total: 710pts)

4xTerror Ship - 740pts
/w Warlord 40pts
2 with Boarding Torpedoes +10pts
(Total: 790pts)

Total: 1,500pts.

An option for the fleet would also be to drop the re-roll + torps and instead give the Terror Ship my Warlord is on, Looted Torpedoes & Boarding, but alittle unsure how to spend my spare points.
Since I'd be pumping out so many bombers etc, combined with the fact I have a Space Hulk, would a no-escort fleet like this work?
Also still taking advice on my original 1,500pt fleet, Thanks gang!

(p.s. Does anyone know a good UK site for gothic bases, preferably specialized stands (ball joint etc) aaand maybe some ordinance representation? Thanks!)

Sound ok, The Hulk is going to draw a lot of attention which is what you want. With 4 Terror ships you might actually have a chance of having one of them roll good leadership, so Im assuming your going to skwaandron then? I've faced fleets built similar to this and they function quite well, until they cant reload ::). Of course the benefit to orks is if your dont like them, change it!
I don't make the rules, I just think them up and write them down.

Indeed, The only weakness I see is not being able to reload, ever XD

I'm counting on my assault boats/torps/bombers to take out any pesky Escorts (whilst multi-tasking at weakening Cruisers), so it should be alright.

I am indeed gonna Squadron the Terror Ships, to give me better chances..

By the way, what size base does a Space Hulk even go on? It says nothing about it in the rulebook from what I can find... I'm guessing it goes on a Land Speeder/Necron Destroyer size flight base?

Quote from: Page 12 of the 2010 FAQ
BASE SIZE: Any ship or defense with either 3 or more shields OR greater than 10HP must use a large size base. However, any capital ship can elect to use a large base and is considered to have Tractor Fields for free. Tractor fields have no effect except making it easier for the ship to ram and/or board due to its larger base size, in exchange for being a larger ordnance target.
With 40 hits and 4 shields your Hulk is most certainly going to have the large base. That's the large flier base, the one that's that's around 50 to 60mm wide.
This was answered in a different forum, here.

As for the fleet: It does look a little cheesey, but meh. Have fun with it (and have fun building it too :P).

Yes but, don't Orkz need to be cheesey to even have a remote chance of winning? XD Haha!
