Ramilies, boarding and ramming
« on: May 29, 2009, 10:21:20 PM »
Please clarify three things fo me  :

1.How I must calculate boarding value for Ramilies when it boarded by Space Hulk?
2.How many dices I must roll against ramming ship? 12 or 48
3. as Ork I autopass check for AAF by Space Hulk, then move 10 cm and end in btb with Ramilies
How many dices I must roll for ramming check? 2d6 or 3d6

Hello DerkGB,

1. The Ramilies is effectively a squadron of 4 spacestations with bonus basilica weaponary. So the boarding player may choose how many quadrents are boarding. Note: the Ramilies could board back in the following turn with all quadrents as it will still be in contact at the end of its movement phase (is it really worth it though?).

2. Treat each quadrent individually. So 12 dice back and only that quadrent may be damaged.

3. Well as the space hulk is also a defence 2d6.

Cheers,

When I joined the Corp we didn't have any fancy smancy tanks! We had sticks! Two sticks and a rock for an entire platoon, and we had to share the rock!
