The Dark Serpent: Duke Sliscus' flagship.

Now that the Dark Eldar codex has been released, and the wicked side of yriel's coin has been created, I think its time we, at the very least, developed his flagship.  If Yriel can have a pretty flagship and pretty rules, so should the Duke!

The Dark Serpent. 320 pts, unique vessel, must be the flagship, can be taken if the fleet is at least 1000 points or more.

Cruiser/8 30cm, 90 turn, armor 5+, shadowfields, turrets 0

Armament
St 12 Weapons battery, Prow 30cm F
St 2 Dark Lance, Keel, FLR
St 3 Impaler Assault Module, Keel 30cm

Special Rules:
Grim Inspiration: Duke Sliscus is well known for supporting every warrior who fights under him with the best equipment and training, as such, the Impalers attached to his vessel are not destroyed if a 1 is rolled (though the attack still fails).

Incubi Host: Any cruiser in the fleet with the Dark Serpent may purchase an Incubi Host, giving it a +1 in boarding actions for +10 points

Duke Sliscus: 150 points
Ld:10
Re-rolls: 2
Duke Sliscus is a master at the arts of piracy, finding new ways to decieve his foes before making a fatal strike. 50% of your fleet may take Mimic Engines for free.

Well-Compensated Incubi Bodyguards: Any dark eldar knows that you should keep your bodyguards well paid if yo desire to surrive for more then a few centuries. The Dark Serpent counts as having an Incubi Host.

What do ya think?
