I've got the Warmaster Ancients core rules and medieval armies. I'll be picking up Mongols for the medieval period, and probably Greeks or Carthaginians for the ancient period.
I'm curious, is the Ancient Army Lists supplement worth getting? What is actually in it?

In my opinion it is worth. It have more list, and a campaing system with events.
The book have the following list:
-Chariot era and before: early egypt; old and middle egypt; summer & Akkad
-Ancient greece and the east: Peloponesian wars; the selucides
-The raise of Rome: Celtiberian; the judish revolt; late republican rome; Meroe; Numidian; Palmyrian; Sarmatian
-The Dark ages: The arabs; arthurian british; the bulgars; Carolingian Franks; celtic Ireland; The rus; themathic bizantine; Visigoth
-The Far East: Quin China
As all warmaster stuff, this book is delicious and very coherent with the other supplements
