OMGOMGOMG!!! I found the minis I thought my wife tossed! 6 packs of Knight Errants!!, ALL my missing Skaven, All my Beast of Nurgle minus the riders for my Chariots of Nurgle! Plus 10 packs of Nurglings, and other assorted Daemons of Nurgle... woohoo!

You found all those just laying around!!! Wow. You'd put them somewhere where your wife could mistake them for junk?

This reminds me of the incident where, once, returning from Uni, (many years ago) I found out my parents had burned my entire collection of 2000AD comics on a bonfire to make space in the loft. I had the lot from about prog 40. They'd be worth over a grand now!

I wish I had a magic attic with such things in. And I have no good stories of other people destroying my stuff just the terrible memory of throwing away my own stuff! I remember (with a shudder) tearing up the boxes for Space Marine, Man O War and Mighty Empires in order to fit them into the bin bag into which I'd just poured their plastic contents...


The nurglings are still up on the GW site I think. Tiny wee things they are!

They were in a plastic storage container under about 10 boxes filled with just junk. Even found my Witch Hunter war and and Lumpin Croop characters and archers I got for Mordheim.

2000ad! I'm in a similar boat Dave. I had issue 1-100odd when I was a kid. Mum and Dad sold them off before we moved to Australia :(
