Hey all,
some new ordnance markers. This time brought to you by Lotus and a friend of him (who did the job). With still credits to Rodrigo Barbera who created the previous ones as these new ones are based on his work)
These are for the Corsair Eldar. I'll post one colour in here and all of them can be found in the linked directory,
I asked Rodrigo if he could sent his old ones again.

Thnx man for sharing them with us! In my group we already use your ordnance markers that have been published in Warp Rift. We like them very much. It gives the ordnance of each race its own feel. Now we have even more options. Keep up the good work!!
-
These are really gorgeous, mate!
Did you draw/paint them yourself?
-
well, they are mostly modified pictures, but some like the imperials are drawings from zero.
-
Awesome work!
Thank you!
-
definitely awesome
we all owe you
-
Good work, soldier!
-
Those are unreal! If you get bored... ::) you could make some Tyranid one... ::)

Those are unreal! If you get bored... ::) you could make some Tyranid one... ::)
tyranids are on their way..
Since I'm not so familiar with tyranid gameplay, can you make a percentage rate for their ordnance?
like:
40% fighters
30% assault boats
15% boarding torpedoes
15% mines or spores etc IDK what tyranids use in fact..:(
-
You labeled the Eldar and Dark Eldar backwords I think. The Eldar models produced by Forge World has the wings swept to the rear, not front.

No, they're correct.
-
Ineed correct.
-
Well now I'm kinda ticked. I purchased a pack of "Eldar" fighters and bombers from Forge World and spent a TON of time reversing the direction of the wings (yes, I cut off and reattached the tiny wings of those models). These little babies turned out pretty nice too. Now I find out I didn't have to do this at all! Booo.... Oh well, I still like them.

::) *is anxious for Tyranid markers* ;D
I'm dying to use these babies in our battle reports.
-
great work and thanks! ;) the ordnance units are awesome!
I might be mistaken, but what about the width of the torpedo salvos? the 6-torpedoes salvo from your work is a little bit small in wide for the 6-torpedoes salvo published by GW officials in theirs pdf-files. I mean, your 6-torpedo salvo similar in size to 4-torpedo salvo of the official size. and the increment in size (width) still the same for 6,7,8 and 9 torpedo salvos...
is there any salvo markers size/width changes I should've known about on the rules or what?
-
Yes. They changed how torpedo markers look in FAQ2010. I believe BFG:R will have the same changes as FAQ2010.
-
but FAQ2010 and Revised are still unofficial... and there's no obvious evidence that these amends will be included in the official BFG resources from the GW site in the near future ??? am I right?
-
Quite right, there doesn't seem to be any interest from gw to post any new rules.
-
BFG has left the official/unofficial realm in my mind.
-
New Tyranid markers, update on head post...
-
Nice, great job on them as usual. ;)
Also, friend of mine really liked your Tau markers and plans to use them for his fleet.
-
Okay, those are gorgeous. Definitely going to print some out. Cheaper than FW minis at the very least.
However. Are the Black Templars and Blood Angels
-

FAQ2010 is unofficial? Wow, didn't realize that. Hope some of my more competitive gamers don't try and play that card, they're still annoyed about the torpedo spread being reduced. ;D
-
Thank you, Tyberius.
-
Those markers all appear to be down - is it possible to reup them, or does anyone have an alternative link? My google fu came up empty...
-
Hey
some are indeed gone.
http://twolandscreative.com/warprift/index.php/archive
But check some WR issues, they have markers at the end pages. Around issues 24-27 iirc.
-
So they do, thank you!
:)
-
Noooòoooooôooooooóooooõooo...
The makers don't work anymore doesn't work anymore! :P
-
Hey all,
updated the first post with new Corsair Eldar markers. Hopefully we get the old ones back in a short while.
-
By the way, how official is it that BFG ordnance markers can only be mounted on 20x20mm bases? I'm looking for the source (publication + page number).
Thanks. :)

"Attack craft are represented by 20mm square markers. When used in a wave, they must be spread and moved so they are always in contact with each other, and they cannot be stacked.
Attack craft waves must be assembled into the smallest circumference possible, such as a block of four, two rows of three, etc. For example, a single wave of eight ordnance markers cannot be stretched out into a single-file line eight markers long. On the other hand, individual markers not in a wave can be organized in any formation desired as long as no single marker moves farther from its launching vessel than its maximum possible movement."

Hi Everyone, Reuploaded the ordnance markers.
Cheers!
